We are thrilled to introduce Jessica Ruck, Philadelphia’s new Operations Manager. Urban Igloo caught Jessica’s eye as an innovative and emerging firm in the Philly market.
“In a rental market where there are so many renters, and so many new landlords, I knew that Urban Igloo understood the market’s opportunity of bringing both of these worlds together. This was a company where I belonged – and here I am today managing the Philadelphia office,” says Jessica.
Jessica’s professional work history has been in real estate leasing and sales, project management, and property management. She is excited to bring this experience to a growing company with an inventive business model. She has been focusing her efforts on learning the many relationships we have with individual landlords and multi-family institutions. She hopes to grow our listing inventory and office into new territories such as Pennsport, New Bold, and Passyunk Square West. She looks forward to helping to bring Urban Igloo Philly to the next level.
