Landlords: How the Process Works
- You Sign. Enter your property information and sign our non-exclusive rental listing agreement.
- We Promote. Within days, thousands of DC area renters will be able to see your condo or house on our website.
- We Show. Our licensed agents will show your apartment to prospects. Instead of constantly playing phone tag and rearranging your schedule, you sit back and relax!
- We Screen. Only qualified tenants will see your rental because we handle all financial, employment and prior landlord screening (if you want us to). If authorized, we can share this information with you.
- We Close. Lease signing happens right at our office. You can give us your own lease, use the Association of Realtors' standard lease form, or provide another commonly accepted lease form. The security deposit will be remitted directly to you.
