1. You Sign... Sign a non-exclusive listing agreement with us and let us promote your apartment on our website.

2. We Show. Our licensed agents will handle all the hassles of rental-showings. while you relax!

3. We Screen. Only qualified tenants will see your rental. We do financial, employment and prior landlord screening with the written permission of our client. We can share this with you if they have provided us confirmation to do so. We do not complete this process if you do.

4. We Close. We can handle lease signing right at our officers. I Give us your lease, or we may use the .Association of Realtror”s standard lease form, or anothergenerally accepted lease form. Security deposit is remitted directly to you.
