Parisian Corner of DC

Georgetown is one of the most famous and pricier neighborhoods in Washington DC, renowned for its chic boutiques, museums, dining and nightlife. Quiet tree-lined streets feature a mixture of historic mansions, vintage townhouses, and rental apartments. The Georgetown Washington Harbour Waterfront comes alive in the spring and summer with its superb dining and tranquil park on Potomac River. And close to the waterfront is the C & O Canal that offers miles of walking and biking trails to Great Falls. Georgetown University, with its world acclaimed academic institutions and teaching hospital, is a major employer in the area.

The Foggy Bottom-GWU Metro station, located on the blue, orange, and silver Metro lines, is a short 15-minute walk from Georgetown. The Rosslyn, Virginia station, also located on the blue, orange, and silver lines, is a short walk across the scenic Key Bridge to Georgetown. Numerous buses provide access to the rest of the city with ease. You are within walking distance of Dupont Circle and The Kennedy Center. A water taxi (with a stop at Washington Harbour) can zip you to the National Mall, Old Town Alexandria and National Harbor in a matter of minutes.
